It is licensed per user, with several licence types by role (Professional, Limited CRM, Limited Logistics, Limited Financials). SAP Business One runs on SAP HANA or Microsoft SQL Server, in the cloud or on your server. For SAP HANA there is a list of certified servers we provide. Workstations: Windows 10 or later; the web client and mobile apps run in a browser and on iOS and Android.
