B-ONE is a software company from Podgorica, Montenegro, working since 2014 as contractor and consortium partner on projects funded by the European Union (EuropeAid, Interreg IPA) and through United Nations agencies (UNDP, UNOPS). We know PRAG procedures, EU tenders and UN procurement, and we deliver from analysis to maintenance.

European Union – Interreg IPA South Adriatic 2021–2027 (IPA III)
EU project (Interreg IPA South Adriatic): a multilingual platform for the South Adriatic Blue Economy with a networking hub and SSO gateway, DMS with OCR, LMS and marketplace. B-ONE is the contractor selected under PRAG rules; the platform runs on University of Montenegro infrastructure.

Montenegro’s environmental information system: a single system for preparing, validating, approving and delivering data in line with EIONET/EEA requirements, with a GIS geoportal and Reportnet 3 integration. Developed by a consortium of GIZ International Services, MapSoft and B-ONE.
EU projectsEuropean Union – EuropeAid (IPA)
An EU project (EuropeAid) in which B-ONE, as project holder, developed a platform for secure exchange of electronic health records under the citizen’s control, in partnership with the Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health of Montenegro.

UNOPS – United Nations Office for Project Services (contracting authority)
Development and implementation of a document management system with electronic exchange between the nine institutions that signed the Agreement on improving cooperation in combating crime in Montenegro. UNOPS is the contracting authority, the Ministry of Interior coordinates and B-ONE is the contractor.
UN projectsUNDP – United Nations Development Programme (commissioning party)
A new national open data portal on the CKAN platform, commissioned by UNDP after the 2022 cyberattack and implemented in the Ministry of Public Administration environment. In a joint venture with MapSoft, B-ONE delivered system architecture, DevOps and UI/UX. In production since December 2024.
UN projectsUNDP – United Nations Development Programme
The rollout of the LARIS local revenue administration system to Montenegrin municipalities was supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Today LARIS is used by 16 municipalities, including the Capital City and the Old Royal Capital.

Yes. We were the project holder of HealChain (EuropeAid), the contractor selected under PRAG rules for SKILLS (Interreg IPA South Adriatic) and a consortium member on the EIONET environmental information system.
Yes. With UNDP we rolled out LARIS to municipalities and built the national open data portal, and for UNOPS we are developing an eDMS for nine institutions. We are open to working with other UN agencies such as UNICEF, IOM and WHO.
