The group operates in Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Greece, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czechia. Inbound invoices, contracts and internal documents arrived in different formats, languages and procedures, and approvals went by email.

B-DOC was introduced as a single platform for all countries: multi-source capture, AI OCR invoice processing, cases with metadata and approval workflows per country and business unit. Advanced search and reports give headquarters insight into the documentation status of every member.
